The menu was excellent, so many options and services available. We were able to pick excellent options that our guests LOVED. The service was great. Jacob (the manager) made himself very available but did not stick out in the crowd. Many compliments from the mother of the bride and the mistress of ceremonies at how helpful and informative he was. We loved our DJ. Our DJ- James did a great job at keeping the schedule going and the dance floor full! I will recommend The Gilmore Collection to everyone I know and we will be using the services again in the future.

The menu was exactly what we wanted, upscale but casual. Everyone said how delicious everything was. We were very happy. The staff could not have been more professional and accommodating. Angela in particular was a great partner throughout the whole planning process. Our space looked great and the buffet set ups were very pretty. Our whole experience with Gilmore was A+ from the first meeting to the tasting and all the communications back and forth. We enjoyed working with Angela every step of the way. Very professional! What a relief to work with a company who knows what they are doing and can come in and make everything look great. The quality of the food served at our wedding made us a very happy Mr. and Mrs.
